I have prepared a Preliminary Declaration Of Claim on behalf of HRH Kitchi-Ostew-Kaneekanagoshick-
Additionally, I include the First Draft Page of The CSSP Class Claim upon the circa 1900 EIIR lawyers (1) (2) (3) who have claimed legal fees (up to 43%) from Indian Residential School Victim Settlements – while, evidently, also, double dipping by receiving legal fees from EIIR Canada
The allegations here are: {I ask for your responses, please}
1. Failing to adequately inform the client victim of various entitlements as arise under international laws related to human, civil and political rights
2. Failing to inform these victim clients of the EIIR Canada duty of care entitlements as may arise under international case law; i.e., right to be provided with adequate state funded legal counsel of choice in the matters of victim settlements – especially, since the victims were children subjected to genocide (TRC Final Report 2015)
3. Legal fees were collected before the client could receive the compensation; and,
4. And, EIIR Canada did commence a reclamation program between the victim client and the legal counsel in recognition of these alleged excessive charges
Finally, please, note that I am proceeding with the Financial Settlement Claim against Ontario for the corruption as related to their sabotage of three 30-Mwe power projects – one of which was for Constance Lake FN – 25-year loss of income opportunity is currently at $5.5 Billion.
Jans Bay FN Saskatchewan is entitled to compensation for loss of income opportunity ($1 B).
Note, that with the advent of EIIR Canada medical marijuana regulatory initiatives; there is reasonable expectation of financial settlement from Saskatchewan & EIIR Canada with regard to the original invasion on the private sovereign HRH-KITCHI properties.
